1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and superbetin ("superbetin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at superbetin.asia ("Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by superbetin may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated, which shall be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the superbetin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your superbetin account, you agree to:

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your superbetin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify superbetin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. superbetin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

superbetin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your superbetin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

superbetin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. superbetin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude superbetin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination of Accounts

superbetin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.
